In addition, 2 other projects funded by T&T Group for the idea and planning project, submitted by the consulting unit, also won the gold prize, including: General planning for the construction of Mang Thit Contemporary Heritage Area, Mang Thit district, Vinh Long province until 2045 and Detailed planning for the construction of Kim Thanh park complex (cultural and spiritual landscape), Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province.
Sustainable urban projects - New look for potential lands

The New Urban Area Project in Ca Mau Province of T&T Group (scale of nearly 23 hectares) has received positive reviews from experts and local leaders. With the orientation of becoming a synchronous and modern urban area, the project is inspired by famous regions in the world such as Colmar (France) or Palmanova (Italy); converging the quintessence of the world, while imbued with the river culture associated with the typical image of the Southwest region to become an ideal destination - "Imprint of the Southernmost Region".

According to Architect Tran Ngoc Chinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, to develop a new urban area in any locality, the project must be indigenous. T&T Group's project in Ca Mau is not just a simple architectural housing project but a cultural complex, a complex of landscape space, a special urban area suitable for the locality - Ca Mau city.
“The project is part of the overall planning of Ca Mau city, and has proven to be a new urban area with unique functions, locations, roles, and connections to the city, in line with approved urban development,” he affirmed.

Another project of T&T Group received the bronze award (Category B - Areas that have been invested and built) is Phuoc Tho 1 and 2 Residential Area Project, Ward 3, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province. With a scale of more than 11.5 hectares, the project is planned synchronously and has a variety of product types: from social housing, villas, townhouses, shophouses to commercial service centers and high-class hotels.
To date, the project has completed the construction of a low-rise housing area with nearly 500 apartments and many technical infrastructure items, green landscapes; is constructing social housing items, hotels, commercial centers, kindergartens; and has become a pioneering urban project in Vinh Long with synchronous infrastructure, meeting modern living standards and inspiring new living standards in Vietnam.

With the idea of the Master Plan for the construction of Mang Thit Contemporary Heritage Area, Mang Thit District, Vinh Long Province by 2045, T&T Group wishes to contribute with Vinh Long Province to realize the goal of preserving and developing the "brick kiln kingdom" Mang Thit into a contemporary heritage area of international value, a destination on the regional tourism map, in line with the sustainable socio-economic development strategy of the locality and the country.
This planning project has also been approved by the People's Committee of Vinh Long province in Decision No. 2312/QD-UBND dated November 11, 2024; with an area of about 3,060 hectares, located in the communes of My An, My Phuoc, Nhon Phu, Hoa Tinh (Mang Thit district, Vinh Long province).

Another project honored with a gold prize is the Detailed Planning for the Construction of the Park Complex (Cultural and Spiritual Landscape) of Kim Thanh, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province. This is considered a strategic project, playing an important role in creating a new look for Lao Cai City. Not only is it a symbolic spiritual work of Lao Cai, the project complex is also a cultural and landscape highlight to promote the development of spiritual tourism, occupying a prime location at the gateway of Vietnam to neighboring China.
Kim Thanh Park Complex (cultural and spiritual landscape) is a strategic project, playing an important role in creating a new look for Lao Cai city.
The Kim Thanh park complex (landscape, culture, spirituality) has a scale of 66.83 hectares, in which the spiritual works are the main highlight of the complex, divided into 3 spaces: Lower, Middle, Upper. The layout of the spiritual works follows the main axis to the Northeast, following the terrain "leaning on the mountain, facing the river - lake"; the highlight is the Bao Thap on the Upper floor with a 5-storey roof design 33m high, surrounding the 13.8m high nine-grade lotus tower made of pure copper.
In addition, the project will build 9 terraces and 9 consecutive pedestals at different heights symbolizing 9 lucky, good, and happy things; as well as recreating for visitors an opening pilgrimage to Buddhism. Accordingly, the local adjustment of the Detailed Construction Planning of the Complex has been approved by Lao Cai City People's Committee in Decision No. 477/QD-UBND dated June 23, 2023, and the Stupa is currently under construction.
According to the representative of T&T Group, the projects honored this time are the result of a serious investment process, as well as effective cooperation between T&T Group and leading domestic and international planning consultants. The fact that 4 projects were honored at the most prestigious planning playground in the country marks a strong mark of T&T Group in the field of construction and urban planning; becoming a driving force for T&T Group to continue to create iconic and large-scale projects; to accompany the Government and localities in realizing the vision of sustainable socio-economic development.
Previously, in 2021, at the 2nd National Urban Planning Awards Ceremony, T&T Group had 3 projects receive major awards: 1 special award, 1 gold award and 1 bronze award. In addition, 4 other planning projects of T&T Group submitted by the consulting unit all won bronze awards.
The Vietnam Urban Planning Award (VUPA) is held every two years, established by the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, with the consent of the Prime Minister and the patronage of the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
The 4th National Urban Planning Award has the participation of nearly 100 projects, plans and planning publications. The jury is foreign experts, prestigious researchers in urban planning and development, and architecture. The award is a motivation for architects, planners, urban managers, businesses, construction contractors... to promote creative activities, improve professional capacity; contribute to orienting creative thinking in urban planning and rural residential areas.
