Provincial Party Committee summarizes 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW

This afternoon, June 20, Acting Secretary of the Party Committee and Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, Hoang Nam, chaired a conference to review 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Promoting studying and following the example, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh". The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee currently has 39 grassroots party organizations with 4,139 party members and 2 socio-political organizations. Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW has been identified by Party committees at all levels of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee as an important content in Party building work, associated with the implementation of political tasks of each agency and unit.

The dissemination and study of topics are organized in a variety of forms such as: organizing direct and online conferences; associated with the content of party committee and branch activities; thematic talks...

The organization of thorough understanding and serious study has helped cadres and party members fully, promptly and deeply grasp the contents of President Ho Chi Minh 's ideology, morality and style, thereby bringing about profound changes in perception and action.

Party committees at all levels promptly issued plans, directives and guidelines for implementing directives and Conclusion 01-CT/TW in accordance with the situation and achieving efficiency and quality. The implementation and development of the full-term and annual plans were carried out fully, seriously, closely following the requirements and tasks of the agencies and units.

The work of propagating, praising and rewarding typical advanced models and examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is carried out in diverse forms, creating a spreading effect throughout the Party; the work of inspecting, supervising, summarizing and evaluating the results of studying and following Uncle Ho is maintained.

The highlight in implementing Directive 05/CT-TW in recent times is promoting the application of information technology, being creative in organizing conferences to disseminate and study annual topics online, editing the content of the topics in the form of Infographics for propaganda on the websites and social networking sites of agencies and units.

With many appropriate and creative contents, solutions and approaches, many grassroots Party committees have built many typical models for replication; many pressing issues in public opinion have been focused on leadership and direction to resolve, creating a clear change in the sense of responsibility and awareness of serving the people among cadres and Party members.

Through studying and following Uncle Ho, the sense of organization, discipline, sense of responsibility, attitude, working style and manners of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees are raised. "Following" and "setting an example" become specific and practical actions in work and daily life.

At the conference, delegates shared experiences on initiatives, new and effective methods, and solutions in implementing Directive 05-CT/TW.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Ho Dai Nam commended and acknowledged the results achieved in implementing Directive 05/CT-TW of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee over the past 10 years.

In order to achieve better results in implementing Directive 05/CT-TW in the unit, in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee need to continue promoting digital transformation in propaganda and education work, raising awareness of studying and following Uncle Ho.

Strengthen propaganda work, raise awareness, thoroughly understand the importance, practical significance and requirement to regularly and proactively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Effectively implement Directive 05-CT/TW in conjunction with implementing regulations on setting examples and political tasks of agencies and units. Focus on selecting and implementing breakthrough tasks.

Promote the exemplary pioneering role and sense of responsibility of cadres and party members, especially comrades at the Party Committee level, secretaries, heads of agencies, units and organizations to create a widespread influence in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 typical collectives and 15 individuals in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW for the period 2016-2025.
