On the afternoon of July 1, the V-League Awards 2024 - 2025 gala took place in Hanoi. The event was organized by Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF) to honor players, coaches, referees, teams... who achieved achievements in the past season.
In which, Hoang Duc was voted the Best Player of the First Division with stable performance and many assists to help Phu Dong Ninh Binh win the championship and be promoted to V-League 2025-2026.
Cong Phuong is the most outstanding striker in the best squad of the First Division with 7 goals, having an important influence in winning the runner-up position and the promotion play-off ticket of Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc .
Unfortunately, Cong Phuong and his teammates could not beat Da Nang in the decisive match. The striker from Nghe An also did not attend the gala due to personal reasons.

Midfielder Luu Tu Nhan, Cong Phuong's teammate at Binh Phuoc, won the 2024-2025 First Division Golden Boot with 9 goals. Binh Phuoc also won the Style Award.
Center back Nguyen Hieu Minh (PVF-CAND) is the best young player of the First Division and is also included in the tournament's best team.
In V-League, striker Alan Sebastiao (Hanoi Police Club) is the best player of the 2024 - 2025 season, and shares the title of top scorer (14 goals) with Lucao do Break.
Alan deserves his consistent scoring form since the beginning of the season, not only contributing to the bronze medal of Hanoi Police Club in V-League but also shining to help the team win the 2024 - 2025 National Cup.
The best young player in V-League is midfielder Le Van Thuan (Thanh Hoa Club). Like Hieu Minh, Van Thuan is on duty with the Vietnam U23 team preparing for the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Finals so he did not attend the gala.
