Post office staff guide people to perform administrative procedures at Phu Loi Ward Public Administration Service Center.
According to Ms. Lam Thi My Nhien, Deputy Director of the Soc Trang Ward Public Administration Service Center, the Center is receiving and processing 260 administrative procedures in 12 fields. Of which, the group of procedures on notarization and authentication accounts for a high proportion. Every day, the Center receives 40-50 files. "In many cases, people come to do procedures after office hours, but the staff still tries to resolve them. The support of postal staff helps the staff at the Center reduce work pressure and focus on their expertise..." - Ms. My Nhien said.
Phu Loi Ward Public Administration Service Center is ready to receive 249 administrative procedures in 12 areas under its jurisdiction. During peak hours, the number of people coming to do administrative procedures increases. Sometimes, after 6 p.m., the Center is still operating to promptly serve and not make people wait until the next day.
Ms. Bui Thi Khanh Linh, a postal employee assigned to perform duties at the Phu Loi Ward Public Administration Service Center, shared: “I proactively guide people to perform administrative procedures through online public services and use public postal services. Timely support not only helps people access procedures more conveniently and quickly, but also contributes to improving service quality with the staff at the Center, meeting the needs of local people.”
Postal staff assigned to support the public administrative service centers of the wards will undertake the following tasks: receiving documents, digitizing and entering data, guiding people to declare and complete documents, and organizing the delivery of administrative procedure settlement results as required.
According to Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Tho, Deputy Director of Soc Trang Post Office, the unit has arranged 47 employees to support at public administrative service centers, of which 43 people work at centers in communes and wards and 4 people at the Public Administrative Service Center - receiving and returning results point No. 01. The Board of Directors of Soc Trang Post Office thoroughly instructs all officers and employees to perform their duties with a sense of responsibility - dedication - serving the people, while promoting discipline and civility in communication to contribute to effective reform of administrative procedures.
In just the first 3 days of July, Soc Trang Post Office staff supported the processing of more than 700 administrative procedure files at public administrative centers. Soc Trang Post Office organized 5 working groups to directly visit the centers to inspect the process of receiving - digitizing - returning results, as well as periodically monitor and evaluate the number of files, the rate of on-time settlement and the level of satisfaction of the people.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Tho said that Soc Trang Post Office will strongly promote the feedback mechanism through collecting opinions from people and businesses to improve service processes, ensuring the criteria of speed - convenience - accuracy.
