Coach Daiki Iwamasa of Hanoi Club

Coach Daiki Iwamasa shared: "I feel comfortable, but Hanoi Club is still in the process of restructuring, I am temporarily satisfied with the result. However, there are still many things I am not satisfied with. I am also a bit regretful that the team conceded 1 goal. Football has wins and losses, but even if I win, I still see the points that have not been done to improve in training sessions.

I haven't thought much about the upcoming match. Instead of worrying about the opponent, I will pay more attention to the team I am leading, creating a slightly different style of play than before. I need to do my job well."

Besides sharing that Tuan Hai's absence from the match against Ho Chi Minh City Club was to enjoy the title of Vietnam Silver Ball, Coach Daiki Iwamasa also added: "Vietnamese players are of good quality, capable of maintaining a ball control and small passing style of play. They can absolutely play in Japan, but must be prepared to adapt to harsh matches. Vietnamese players find it difficult to play in J-League 1, but can start with 2nd and 3rd place.

To have Vietnamese players play well in Japan, we need to raise the level of the Vietnamese national championship in terms of pitches and match quality, gradually approaching the level of Japanese football. I have just arrived in Vietnam and do not have much knowledge about youth training here, so I cannot comment. However, I affirm that we must raise the level of V-League to be able to keep up with other football backgrounds."

Coach Phung Thanh Phuong of Ho Chi Minh City Club expressed: "The red card caused us difficulties, affecting the results of many matches. We respect the referee's decision, not anticipating the player's actions. He lacked control, leading to a disadvantage for the team.

The immediate goal of Ho Chi Minh City Club is to find foreign players to replace them, bring in new people, new factors to help the team achieve better results. When having to play with 10 men, everything is always very difficult, conceding goals is inevitable. Ho Chi Minh City Club must improve all positions, especially scoring goals."
