At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council announced the Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on appointing district-level People's Council delegates to serve as ward People's Council delegates for the 2021-2026 term; Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on appointing the Chairman of the People's Council, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee and Committees of the Ward People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, the establishment of the Economic - Budget Committee and the Cultural - Social Committee of the People's Council; listened to the representative leaders of the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on appointing Committees of the People's Council; Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council approving the list of Deputy Heads of the Economic - Budget Committee and the Cultural - Social Committee among the People's Council delegates; Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council on establishing a delegation group, the number of People's Council delegates of the delegation group, assigning the group leader and deputy group leader of the delegation group.

At the same time, the Ward People's Council reviews and promulgates the working regulations of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committee, the People's Council delegation and the ward People's Council delegates.

The leaders of the Ward People's Committee presented a report on the establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee, including: Office of the People's Council and People's Committee, Department of Economy - Infrastructure - Urban Area, Department of Culture - Society, Center for Public Administration Services; announced the decisions to appoint heads and deputy heads of departments of specialized agencies and public service units under the Ward People's Committee.

The meeting aims to ensure transition, continuity, innovation and is of great significance to improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the ward government apparatus in the new term. Therefore, the ward People's Council delegates determined their sense of responsibility to voters and people, promoted the spirit of democracy, demonstrated high concentration, solidarity and unity in deciding on personnel holding important positions in the ward People's Council and People's Committee apparatus, built an increasingly strong local government, and performed well the tasks assigned by the ward Party Committee, voters and people.
