On December 16, the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police, said that on the first day of the peak period to ensure traffic safety and social order during the New Year, Lunar New Year and spring festivals in 2025, the traffic police force in Hai Duong province detected and handled 203 cases of traffic safety violations, imposing fines of more than 670 million VND.
Of these, 41 cases violated alcohol concentration, 95 cases violated speed, 2 cases drove on the road with drugs in their body, 37 cases did not wear helmets, 26 cases did not have a driver's license...
The Road Traffic Police Team under the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police; the Traffic Police and Town Order Team under Kinh Mon Commune Police, Chi Linh City, Kim Thanh, Gia Loc, Ninh Giang districts... are the units that handled many cases of traffic safety violations on the first day of the campaign.
From December 15, 2024 to February 14, 2025, the traffic police force of the whole province will deploy a peak period to ensure social order and traffic safety on traffic routes during the New Year, Lunar New Year and spring festivals in 2025. The plan is implemented on all 3 types of roads, railways and waterways.
