In the first days of operating the Public Administration Service Center, at the An Cuu Ward Public Administration Service Center, volunteers in green shirts appeared to help people, especially the elderly, get acquainted with the new process and the automatic numbering system.

Mr. Dinh Van Be (67 years old, An Cuu ward) shared: “Because I am old, my technology is also worse. At first, I was worried about doing administrative procedures because I was still confused. But when I came here, the enthusiastic young people guided and answered questions so everything went smoothly and quickly.”

As one of the young people participating in the volunteer support team, Cao Nguyen Cao said he was very proud to support the people and the CQDPHC apparatus in the first days.

“For the elderly, the most important thing is to kindly explain the work process in the simplest way possible so that everyone can understand it,” said Cao Nguyen Cao, a member of the Cao Nguyen Youth Union.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Thang, a non-professional officer in charge of the Youth Union of An Cuu Ward, said: From the first day of operating the Public Administration Service Center, the unit established a team of volunteer youth to support people coming to handle procedures at the An Cuu Ward Public Administration Service Center. In the coming days, this activity will continue to be maintained with an average of 3-5 members participating in support each day.

In addition, An Cuu Ward Youth Union also sets a goal for each member to become a propagandist in the work of improving people's digital capacity.

Ms. Hoang Thi Nhu Thanh, Chairwoman of An Cuu Ward People's Committee, commented: The joint support of the youth volunteer team on the first day of operating the CQDPHC has contributed to helping the new administrative apparatus operate smoothly, scientifically and handle procedures quickly and conveniently.

According to information from Hue City Youth Union, An Cuu Ward Youth Union is one of the bright spots in the locality when it proactively adapted and implemented many meaningful and practical activities in the early days of operating the administrative boundary management system and arranging administrative boundaries.

At the National Conference of the Steering Committee of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign organized by the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on the afternoon of July 1, Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Youth Union - President of the Central Vietnam Student Association emphasized: The arrangement of the administrative apparatus will generate more work; in which, the participation of the youth volunteer force is needed, especially during the peak summer volunteer season.

Receiving the direction of the Central Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city - Secretary of the Hue City Youth Union, said that he had directed the Youth Unions of 40 communes and wards to quickly establish volunteer youth teams to support the government and people in carrying out tasks after the merger.

In the immediate future, the youth teams will act as a bridge between the government and the people, especially focusing on guiding people to carry out procedures related to citizen identification, using VNeID; supporting the updating and synchronization of administrative data; coordinating and supporting procedures for converting personal and organizational information... Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of public administrative services at the grassroots level.

"In the long term, the Youth Union of localities will focus on promoting propaganda about digital transformation and continue to expand and promote the "Digital Education for All" movement. In particular, implementing a number of pilot models in areas with special conditions such as densely populated areas, remote areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas, industrial parks, and areas lacking technological infrastructure," said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai.
