For the past 5 years, every summer, the mobile swimming pool of the Beloved Junior Club (belonging to the national volunteer network in the Central Highlands, under the National Volunteer Center) has begun its journey to reach children in remote areas. This year, the swimming pool's destination is Ea M'droh commune, with 4 free swimming classes, attracting more than 100 children to participate.

After 15 minutes of warm-up, each class, the children rush into the cool water, starting the bustling, eager hours. The sound of splashing water mixed with the clear laughter and chatter of parents creates a lively, joyful atmosphere.

Watching her son learn to swim attentively, Ms. Tran Thi Thuong (Ea M'droh commune) shared: "For a long time, my child was very reluctant to exercise, his physical activities were quite weak, but since he started learning to swim, he has been very eager. This is a great way for children to stay away from TV and phones and learn necessary life skills in an area with many ponds and lakes like ours." Diligently attending the class, Vo Van Minh (9 years old, Ea M'droh commune) confided: "The swimming class is very fun, it is an opportunity for me and my friends to practice health, equip ourselves with skills and knowledge to prevent drowning."

Mr. Mai Van Chuyen, Chairman of the Club For Beloved Juniors, said that with the motto of bringing mobile swimming pools to residential areas, on average each year, the Club coordinates with local authorities and youth unions of communes, along with the support of philanthropists to organize free swimming lessons for about 200 children in remote villages and hamlets. Children are taught basic swimming skills, and are also equipped with knowledge to prevent drowning accidents. In addition, the class organizers also spend time talking and discussing with parents to equip them with first aid skills when encountering drowning people, as well as the necessary knowledge and skills to coordinateeducation , creating a safer environment for children. In addition to swimming classes in the summer, during the school year, the Club also goes to schools to propagate and instruct on drowning prevention and first aid skills for students and teachers. Hopefully in the coming time, we will continue to receive the support of parents, local authorities and units to replicate the model, not only during the summer but also throughout the school year.

Not only in Ea M'droh, this summer, many other localities in the province also launched free swimming classes, contributing to propaganda, raising community awareness, creating a healthy and safe playground for children during the summer.

Not only physical activities, many summer playgrounds to help children develop their talents, form qualities, and practice life are also deployed. Classes such as martial arts, dancing, musical instruments, drawing, and child MCs in the province are increasingly attracting a large number of students to participate.

Entering the summer vacation, Nguyen Cong Gia Bao (9 years old, Buon Ma Thuot ward) chose to learn martial arts for self-defense and to stay healthy. Meanwhile, Tran Quang Thang (10 years old, Buon Ma Thuot ward) chose a dance class to improve his confidence and develop his talents. Thang excitedly expressed: "Last summer I signed up for an MC course, this year I signed up for a dance class. I used to be shy, but thanks to participating in the classes, I became more confident, more relaxed, and free to pursue my passion."

Students enthusiastically participated in the Robotics class at the Provincial Youth Cultural House in the summer of 2025.

At the Provincial Youth Cultural House, gifted classes are held, from art, sports, life skills to science and technology, taking place very enthusiastically. In particular, the program "Semester in the army" organized by the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Cultural House, the Provincial Military Command, and the Department of Education and Training has been maintained for many years, helping children in the province have the opportunity to experience the disciplined environment of the army to train their courage and become more mature.

A new feature this summer is the Robotics class, which was first implemented at the Provincial Youth Cultural House, attracting the attention of children and parents. Mr. Le Duc Thong, the teacher in charge of the class, shared: This subject helps children get acquainted with creative thinking, technical assembly, programming and high-tech applications - in line with the STEM education orientation. This is an opportunity for local students to have early access to technology, stimulate their passion for science and gradually integrate with students in other localities as well as internationally.

Practical, safe and useful summer playgrounds help children play, learn and practice in a healthy environment, which is also the foundation for them to develop comprehensively and maturely in life.
