The Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha said that at 6:00 a.m. on July 1, 2025, all pagodas and monasteries across the country simultaneously rang the bell three times, chanted sutras and performed spiritual rituals to pray for peace and prosperity for the country, and aroused the strength of national unity and the sacred soul of the mountains and rivers of Vietnam.

The sounding of bells and drums to pray for national peace and prosperity to arouse the strength of national unity, the first day of operation of the provinces and cities after the merger and operation of the 2-level government model "refined, compact, strong, efficient, effective, and efficient".
