Units, enterprises, cooperatives, and rice producers actively participate in joint ventures, production associations, market expansion, and product consumption support; use and develop collective rice brands, build brands for rice products of enterprises; invest in building facilities for drying, preserving, and deeply processing rice products; invest in high-tech zones to produce and sell high-quality rice products with growing area codes.
