Da Nang operates a hotline to "troubleshoot" two-level government operations.

(PLVN) - In order to promptly support officials and people in the process of operating the two-level local government model, Da Nang City has officially put into operation a hotline to receive and resolve problems since June 25.

According to the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City, the hotline operates via phone number 1022 (extension 3) and the backup number 0236.383.1022. This is an important contact point to receive, guide and "solve problems" for cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in the process of accessing and implementing administrative procedures according to the two-level local government model that has just been deployed after the merger.

The Center for Information and Intelligent Monitoring and Operation (IOC Da Nang) is the unit responsible for organizing the reception of information and guiding people in carrying out administrative procedures, especially in the initial stages when there are many uncertainties. Meanwhile, the Center for Information Technology and Communications of Da Nang (DNICT) and the Center for Information Technology Infrastructure Development of Da Nang (IID) will directly support officials and civil servants in using the e-Government system. Particularly in Tam Ky City ( Quang Nam Province), the support task is assigned to the Center for Information Technology and Communications of Quang Nam.

Da Nang officially operates a hotline to help officials, civil servants, public employees and people overcome difficulties in the process of implementing a two-level local government.

Mr. Nguyen Van Quoc, Director of IOC Da Nang, said that the hotline has been fully prepared with human resources and technological infrastructure to receive information and support people 24/7.

“In the context of reorganizing the administrative apparatus according to new boundaries, difficulties are inevitable. The hotline will act as a bridge of information and timely support to minimize disruptions,” said Mr. Quoc.

Also during this time (from June 25 to 27), Da Nang City and Quang Nam Province conducted a trial run of the new ward and commune government model in 87 administrative units, preparing for its official operation from July 1, 2025. The deployment of the hotline is one of the important solutions to ensure a smooth transition, serving people and businesses in the most effective way.
