Outdoor stage "explodes" with emotions
With the participation of popular names such as Duc Phuc, Orange, rapper RAMC, DJ Trang Moon, Linzy, XKEY Band, Hanoi X Girl, the Halo! Halo Fest music festival brought a "party" of sound and light that lasted until late at night. Thousands of young people joined in the hits such as: More than love, Nguoi oi nguoi o dung ve, Khi em lon... in the middle of a vibrant sea square, eye-catching visual effects and captivating dance performances.
"I'm really enjoying the street festival atmosphere here. The street food is delicious, the music is vibrant. I'm very happy," said Mathis Riepe, a German tourist.
New vitality for the night streets
Not only a music festival, the event also marked the impressive debut of the Halong Marina Street Fest night walking street, attracting more than 12,000 visitors in just the first three days (July 10-12). Designed by famous architect Salvador Perez Arroyo, the street is more than 500m long, gathering more than 100 food stalls, OCOP products, interactive games, art spaces... operating 3 evenings on weekends from 5pm to 10pm.
With the motto "An experience every week - A joy every night", Halong Marina Street Fest is gradually becoming an unmissable meeting place for residents and tourists.
“This is a very interesting experience on the weekend with family and friends. I believe this place will be a very hot destination this summer,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Dung, a resident of Bai Chay ward.
Shaping a dynamic urban coastal lifestyle
Organized by BIM Land – a member of BIM Group, Halong Marina Street Fest is part of the strategy to create a modern coastal urban lifestyle, a place where relaxation – entertainment – community converge. With the message “Taste – Play – Discover”, the event contributes to forming nightlife habits, connecting the community and enriching the living experience for residents.
The space is organized into clear zones: cuisine, Kidzone, check-in art area, street games, helping each generation of residents - from children, youth to the elderly - find their own "fun zone".
Promoting night economy – sustainable development strategy
Not just a summer festival, Halong Marina Street Fest is a strategic step of BIM Land to promote the night economy - one of the urban development orientations prioritized by Quang Ninh province, aiming to turn Ha Long into a modern, internationally integrated city.
In that strategy, the Sora Bay Halong project – where Halo! Halo Fest takes place – is considered the pioneering night commercial street model in Quang Ninh. With a scale of 256 commercial streets, the project owns a central location on the 2 Halong Marina peninsula, is systematically planned with a modern design, wide frontage, flexible layout, suitable for F&B business models, fashion, boutique hotels or high-end service experiences.
The combined advantage of nearby high-end hotels and accommodations such as InterContinental Halong Bay Resort, Citadines Marina Halong, along with a series of events and festivals throughout the year, helps Sora Bay Halong have the potential to attract a stable flow of guests, opening up attractive and sustainable investment opportunities.
From planning to lifestyle – creating a comprehensive ecosystem
BIM Land not only develops infrastructure but also pioneers in creating a living - tourism - entertainment - investment ecosystem in Ha Long. Activities such as Halong Marina Street Fest show that the business's urban development thinking is gradually shifting: Not only building houses, but also building a new lifestyle, rich in emotions and connected to the community.
