Voters propose severe punishment for counterfeit goods production

DTO - On the morning of July 3, Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh - Vice President, General Secretary of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and Mr. Huynh Minh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province met with voters of Tan Hong commune, Dong Thap province, after the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly. This is the first meeting with voters of the National Assembly Delegate of Dong Thap province after the province merged and officially operated a 2-level government.

At the meeting, voters of Tan Hong commune reflected that currently, the situation of production and sale of fake goods, especially some e-commerce channels advertise genuine goods but sell poor quality goods. These are the culprits of "silent murder", so it is recommended that the National Assembly take measures to prevent and punish to protect people's health and help the country develop. Voters also recommended that the National Assembly should have severe sanctions for those directly involved in the production of fake goods to be enough to deter the production of fake goods.

Voters of Tan Hong commune, Dong Thap province express their opinions

Voters proposed that the National Assembly record public investment capital for national and provincial highways to connect traffic through communes in Dong Thap province, in order to help the locality develop its socio -economy. At the same time, they requested that the authorities strengthen supervision of basic construction because state-owned works have been degraded and damaged as soon as their warranty has been removed, causing waste to the state budget.

After merging administrative units, voters requested local authorities to repair abandoned offices to serve medical needs; at the same time, invest in modern medical equipment and arrange doctors to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for people, limiting travel to distant medical facilities.
