Announcement of the decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd.

On August 1, Comrade Phung Khanh Tai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for building and developing Party and mass organizations in non-state enterprises in the province attended the Ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phung Khanh Tai and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Bui Dinh Thi presented a flower basket to congratulate the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Also attending were comrade Bui Dinh Thi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for building and developing Party organizations and unions in non-state enterprises in the province; leaders of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Youth Union and leaders of Cam Khe district.

YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, officially started production in May 2018, with a total investment of more than 22.5 million USD, specializing in garment production for export. Up to now, the company has a total of 36 sewing lines, creating jobs for nearly 5,000 workers with an average income of 9.5 million VND/person/month; in 2023, it paid more than 49 billion VND to the State budget. The company established a trade union organization in 2018 and established a Party Committee in October 2022.

Cam Khe District Youth Union awarded the decision to establish the Executive Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of YI DA Vietnam Company Limited.

Based on the survey and understanding of the Company's situation, which has a large proportion of workers of Union age, with the consent of the Standing Committee of Cam Khe District Party Committee and the consensus of the enterprise's leaders, Cam Khe District Youth Union decided to establish the Youth Union of YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd. under Cam Khe District Youth Union with 110 members; appointing an Executive Committee of 9 comrades. YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise of Cam Khe district that has established Party and union organizations.

At the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phung Khanh Tai and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Bui Dinh Thi presented flowers to congratulate the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Welcome performance

This is an important milestone in the development process of the enterprise, creating favorable conditions for union members in the Company to both work and participate in union activities without affecting production and business activities. This is also an effort of Cam Khe district to continue to concretize the policy of building Party and union organizations in non-state enterprises in the province by 2025 according to Resolution No. 50 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

After being established, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd. will strengthen solidarity and gather young people, create a favorable environment for youth union members to study, practice, compete in labor production; promote political education, ideology, ethics and lifestyle for youth union members in the Company to build a strong Youth Union organization, contribute to the completion of the Company's production and business goals and promote local socio-economic development.
