During the investigation, My Thai Commune Police learned that the man's name was Nguyen Huy Ty, about 80 years old, currently living in Duc Quang village, Viet Yen ward, Bac Ninh province. On the morning of July 3, Mr. Ty went for a ride and got lost in My Thai commune. The distance from his house to My Thai commune is about 20 km.
