Should girls study Chemical Engineering?

VnExpressVnExpress10/09/2023

I heard this industry requires exposure to a lot of chemicals, is it suitable for girls?

I am in grade 12, studying Chemical Engineering Technology and have some questions that I would like everyone to help answer.

Firstly, students majoring in Chemical Engineering Technology have to be exposed to a lot of chemicals and work in factories. So is it suitable for girls to study this major?

Second, I heard that general chemistry courses in university are very difficult. I am a good student in chemistry but I don't know if I can do it because general chemistry is not the same as university chemistry.

Third, what is the salary in this industry after graduation and what are the promotion opportunities?

Thanks.

Constant
