By the end of the first working day, from the province to the grassroots level, the tasks of the day had basically been completed. Contributing to this success was the great role of the staff of Dong Nai Provincial Post Office.
Early in the morning, at the Public Administration Service Center of communes and wards in the province, officers and employees of Dong Nai Post Office and other departments were present quite early, supporting the transmission line and operating the model of handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

Head of the Party Building Committee of Tran Bien Ward, Vo Sy Anh, said that July 1 is truly a very special day for him when he is in his new position and is also a new motivation for him to strive, work hard, and contribute to the common development of the ward as well as the province. The efforts to carry out tasks and resolve administrative procedures for the people, the staff of Dong Nai Post Office have made great contributions.
Implementing the Government 's Official Dispatch 96, Dong Nai Provincial Post Office deployed about 1,500 cadres and employees to commune-level units... all for a professional, friendly, modern, close-to-people administration, serving the people best.
Tan Trieu Ward is also considered one of the largest administrative units of the province with an area of over 63km2 and a population of over 101,000 people, which also started operating from the morning of July 1. Present at the Public Administration Service Center of the ward, in addition to the staff and civil servants, there are staff from Dong Nai Post Office, Viettel Dong Nai and staff from the Department of Science and Technology to promptly support and help when staff and people need it.

Mr. Le Nguyen Song Toan, Chairman of Tan Trieu Ward People's Committee, said that the ward's advantage is that it is one of the units that is allowed to pilot the 2-level local government system. Thanks to that, people who come to carry out administrative procedures are crowded but all are supported to resolve them quickly and neatly.
Deputy Director of the Provincial Post Office Duong Thi Viet Huong said that postal staff participating in commune-level one-stop-shop departments will perform the following tasks: guiding and supporting people in preparing to submit documents online; digitizing documents; receiving, transferring, and returning administrative procedure results at home upon request; recording, reflecting, recommending, and complaining of people, truly becoming an "extended arm" in implementing administrative procedures in particular, and administrative reform tasks in general...
Ms. Tran Thi Minh Hoan, resident of Quarter 5, Tran Bien Ward, confided: “I am very happy to come to carry out administrative procedures at the one-stop department. The officers and staff of the post office supported me to complete the procedures quickly. They guided me to scan the code to complete the application and carry out the administrative procedures that I needed. The results were delivered as requested, so it was very convenient.”
