On September 19, at the Provincial Political School, the Provincial Party Committee Office organized a training course on professional skills in document and archive work in 2023 for 180 students who are working in document and archive work at specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Political School, Ninh Binh Newspaper, socio-political organizations in the province, district Party Committees, city Party Committees, affiliated Party Committees, Party Committees of communes, wards and towns in the province.
The training course took place over 2 days, September 19-20. At the training course, the trainees were taught by lecturers who are experts from the Archives Department of the Central Party Office, 4 topics on practical, current and useful issues for the work of Party Committee offices, which were compiled and selected from the trainees' own proposals and recommendations. It comprehensively mentioned the political tasks of Party Committee offices such as: Document work, archiving and protecting State secrets in document and archive work; declassifying documents, destroying duplicate and expired documents. Creating files, submitting files and documents to agency archives, historical archives. Editing documents and determining document value... At the same time, they shared experiences, exchanged and answered situations, difficulties, problems, recommendations and proposals in the process of performing document and archive work at the grassroots level.
Through training courses, civil servants, professional officials and civil servants directly working in document and archive work at agencies and organizations are equipped with basic and specialized knowledge of document and archive work, especially electronic document and archive work to process and resolve assigned work.
