Mr. Nguyen Xun's family is in a difficult situation, his wife and children have unstable jobs, working for hire to make a living is just enough to get by; while the family's house of more than 38m2 has seriously degraded but there are no conditions to repair it. Understanding the difficult situation of Mr. Xun's family, the Association of War Veterans of Nha Trang City and the Association of War Veterans of Vinh Truong Ward (old) have taken from the Comradeship Fund and mobilized cadres, members, and benefactors to contribute 125 million VND; the Front of Vinh Truong Ward (old) mobilized an additional 5 million VND; family and neighbors supported 155 million VND to help Mr. Nguyen Xun's family build a new house.

After 4 months of construction, the new house with 1 ground floor and 2 spacious floors was completed and put into use, which is a great encouragement and practical support to help the family improve the quality of life and stabilize their lives. This is also one of the meaningful activities of the Association of War Veterans of Nam Nha Trang Ward in the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" and welcoming the Congress of the Party Committee of Nam Nha Trang Ward for the term 2025 - 2030.
