Closing the session, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Huong Giang delivered an important speech, in which the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee, all levels, sectors, localities and the entire political system to implement many solutions to soon implement the session's resolution. The Provincial People's Council voted to pass the Resolutions on: Tasks and main solutions for socio -economic development in the last 6 months of 2025; Adjustment of the provincial public investment budget plan in 2025 and tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2025; Plan for allocating and supplementing the 2025 public investment plan (phase 4); Withdrawal and supplementation of public investment plan targets in 2025 (for district-level People's Committees); Results of budget estimates implementation in the first 6 months of the year, plan for adjusting provincial budget allocation in the last 6 months of 2025; Final settlement of the budget of Bac Ninh province in 2024; List of land lots for bidding to select investors using land; List of works and projects requiring land acquisition; Projects requiring land use conversion with rice-growing land area in 2025 in the province; Decide on the number of labor contracts and support funding for labor contracts for teachers, administrative staff at public preschools and general education institutions and cooks at public preschools in Bac Ninh province for the 2025-2026 school year; Agree on the policy of assigning the Hanoi People's Committee as the competent authority to implement the route section located in the direction of Hanoi city but located in the administrative boundary of Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province on the route connecting Gia Binh airport with Hanoi capital; List of land areas expected to implement the pilot project in Bac Ninh province according to Resolution No. 171/2024/HD15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly; abolish a number of Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.

The Provincial People's Council carried out the procedures prescribed by law to pass the Resolution on the dismissal of the 19th Provincial People's Committee member for the 2021-2026 term and the termination of the duties of the Provincial People's Council delegate for Mr. Nguyen The Son, former Director of the Departmentof Education and Training. Announced the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Huy Chien from the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Society due to retirement.

Provincial People's Council delegates voted to pass the meeting resolution.
At the discussion session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan summarized the socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of the year, clarifying some issues of interest to voters and people in the province. Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted the group of tasks and solutions to ensure suitability, feasibility and breakthroughs, bringing Bac Ninh after the merger to develop strongly and comprehensively, becoming an important growth pole of the region and the whole country, striving to become a centrally-run city before 2030. In particular, priority is given to the group of solutions to maximize development space, breakthroughs in private economic innovation, key national projects in the area, especially policies that demonstrate breakthroughs in attracting investment, industrial development and comprehensive social security policies.
