The 19-year-old spiker of the U21 team has 111 points after 5 matches, surpassing her seniors in the Vietnamese women's volleyball team, Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen (92 points), Tran Thi Thanh Thuy (54 points).
Another young player of U21 Vietnam also scored a high total score, Pham Quynh Huong (49 points) - the same score as Ngo Thi Bich Hue. Statistics show that the attacking ability of the main attackers of Vietnamese women's volleyball has improved significantly.
Dang Thi Hong is no longer a strange name in the Vietnamese volleyball world. At the U20 Asian tournament last year, the 2006-born player scored 37 points in the victory over Kazakhstan, setting a record for scoring in a match at the tournament.
