On the morning of June 24, the Liaison Committee of Former Youth Volunteers of Team 33-25 Ninh Binh held a meeting to celebrate the 60th anniversary of enlistment (1965-2025).

The 33-25 Youth Volunteer Veterans Association presented 5 gifts to comrades in difficult circumstances.

60 years ago, our people's resistance war against the US entered an extremely arduous and fierce phase. The Ninh Binh Youth Volunteer Team against the US to save the country was established, named Team 33 with over 1,200 young men. Later, Team 33 merged with the Ha Nam Youth Volunteer Team and was named Team 25.

The team's mission is to transport goods, quarry stones, build roads, open roads, destroy bombs, fill bomb craters, ensure smooth traffic, transport weapons, ammunition, and food to battlefields to serve the resistance war against America.

Returning to normal life, the soldiers still uphold the revolutionary spirit and bravery of Truong Son soldiers, taking the lead in economic development, poverty reduction, and mobilizing their children and grandchildren to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.

The meeting was an opportunity for former Youth Volunteers to recall memories of a time of arduous but glorious fighting.
