On August 28, Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Police Youth Union coordinated with Tuan Dao Commune Youth Union to launch the Green March 2025 volunteer youth campaign in the commune. The program had the participation of nearly 300 cadres, members, and union members from the Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Youth Union, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, organizations, and local police and military forces.

After the flood, Tuan Dao commune still had a lot of mud, tree branches, plastic bottles, nylon bags and household waste. Volunteers focused on cleaning up the mud, cleaning the environment in the commune center and schools in the area.

In Linh Phu, Say, and Dong Xuan villages, along with organizing inspections, reviews, and damage assessments after floods, the Village Management Board arranged cranes to dredge garbage accumulated at underground sewers to help facilitate water drainage.

The flood also left a lot of mud and dry branches on the road. Many sections of mud were 25-50 cm thick, making it impossible for people and vehicles to travel.

Taking advantage of the sunny weather, people in Dai Son and Yen Dinh communes also mobilized local forces and vehicles such as excavators, cranes, water pumps, hoes, shovels, brooms, etc. to participate in environmental sanitation on the roads.

The locality strives to focus on collecting and cleaning up, completing before National Day September 2.
It is known that previously in this area there was a solid bridge across the Ao Giang River but it collapsed due to the impact of a storm in late 2008.

Five years later, Ao Giang tunnel was built and put into use, becoming the main traffic route for people in Cam Dan, Trai Rang and Roc Nay villages.

Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh, Secretary of the Party Cell of Trai Rang village, said that the Ao Giang underground construction is currently degraded, large trucks cannot pass through; it is often flooded, and traffic is cut off every time there is heavy rain. Local people hope that the Party and State will pay attention to building a solid bridge connecting the villages, helping people feel secure in developing the economy and stabilizing their lives.
