Recently, at an emission inspection station in Hanoi , many hot car models, not yet launched in the Vietnamese market, gathered here. This move is the opening for the upcoming introduction to the media as well as domestic customers, the most notable of which is the Audi Q6 e-tron 2025 model. The new 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron is expected to launch in the Vietnamese market this month. According to some Audi sales staff, the official price of the Q6 e-tron electric car in Vietnam is expected to be 3.1 billion VND.
The Audi Q6 e-tron is developed on the basis of the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) chassis similar to its sibling Porsche Macan EV. The vehicle has dimensions of length x width x height of this electric SUV of 4,711 x 1,993 x 1,648 mm and a wheelbase of 2,899 mm. Not only is it quite large in size, the Audi SUV also has an eye-catching exterior design that is not boring like the usual trend of electric cars. The car is equipped with a completely closed Singleframe grille, a 2-level front light system with a daytime LED strip above and main headlights below. In particular, both the car's daytime running LED lights and taillights are applied with active digital light technology. Thanks to that, these two lights can project different symbols and even communicate with other traffic participants. In addition, the Audi Q6 e-tron is also a harmonious combination of soft curves and "muscular" accents.
The car has prominent D-pillars and side spoilers, along with a roof that smoothly connects to the sloping rear windshield. Depending on the version, the car will use 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheels. In addition, there is an exterior package with black exterior accents, including the Audi logo and the glass edge. Inside the Audi Q6 e-tron is a 2-row interior with 5 seats. The car's luggage compartment has a standard volume of 526 liters and increases to 1,259 liters when the rear seats are folded. Under the hood there is also a small storage compartment with a volume of 64 liters. The highlight inside the car is the 3 screens on the dashboard. Among them, there is a curved screen integrated with an 11.9-inch digital clock and a 14.5-inch central touch screen. Next to it is a 10.9-inch entertainment screen for the front passengers with screen technology, allowing for movie watching without distracting the driver. A head-up display (HUD) and a 22-speaker premium Bang & Olufsen sound system are also present in the car.
It is still unclear which engine the Audi Q6 e-tron in Vietnam will use. Meanwhile, in foreign markets, the car has 2 different types of electric motors, with maximum capacity of 382 horsepower and 422 horsepower. The car's electric motor is combined with a newly developed lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 100 kWh. Thanks to that, the car can run 625 km after a full battery charge according to the European test cycle. This pure electric SUV can use 270 kW DC fast charging, allowing users to run an additional 255 km after 10 minutes of charging. The time to increase the battery capacity from 10% to 80% is about 21 minutes.
