ABIC Ben Tre pays more than 832 million VND in Credit Security insurance benefits

Specifically, ABIC Ben Tre paid insurance benefits to 7 family representatives of customers: Mr. Do Minh Tan (Thoi Khuong hamlet, Thanh Thoi A commune); Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh (Thanh Long hamlet, Thanh Thoi A commune); Mr. Doan Van Hung (Thanh Long hamlet, Thanh Thoi A commune); Ms. Nguyen Thi Lung (An Nhon 1 hamlet, Da Phuoc Hoi commune); Mr. Duong Van Tho (An Binh hamlet, An Thanh commune); Mr. Su Thanh Liem (Phu Quoi hamlet, Dinh Thuy commune); Mr. Tran Van Riep Em (An Hoa hamlet, Phuoc Hiep commune).

All 7 customers above when borrowing capital at Agribank Mo Cay Nam voluntarily participated in Credit Security insurance but unfortunately encountered health risks, accidents and passed away.

From the beginning of 2024 to now, ABIC Ben Tre has paid compensation to 109 cases of customers participating in Credit Security Insurance in the whole Ben Tre province with an amount of more than 11.5 billion VND and 22 other cases are in the process of collecting documents with an estimated payment amount of more than 2.2 billion VND by August 31, 2024.

Accumulated from 2010 to August 31, Agricultural Bank Insurance Joint Stock Company has paid compensation to 1,524 cases of customers participating in Credit Security Insurance, with the amount of more than 101 billion VND. Of which, in Mo Cay Nam district, there are 103 cases, with the total amount of more than 7.6 billion VND.
