According to the report of the Hanoi Department of Health , currently, the Hanoi Health sector has arranged 34 teams on duty, including: 16 teams on the stands; two main emergency tents; two on duty points on Bac Son Street; 14 ambulance crews on duty for the first and second rounds; 11 ambulance crews on duty at the routes, assembly areas and six LED screen installation points. In addition, hospitals are ready with 5 to 10 hospital beds and an emergency team with an ambulance, ensuring to receive and admit patients when required.
Regarding disease prevention and control, the Department of Health has directed the Hanoi Center for Disease Control (CDC) to coordinate with units to spray chemicals at 10 locations, including seven LED screens, August Revolution Square, Thong Nhat Park, Quan Ngua Sports Palace and the exhibition of national achievements "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness". At the same time, this unit has taken 59 clean water samples at 20 water supply units, the results all meet standards.

Notably, during the training and joint training phase, there were 289 emergency cases, of which 265 were treated on the spot; 24 cases had to be transferred to the hospital. Notably, a 77-year-old female patient fell at Thong Nhat Park and was transferred by the 115 Emergency Center to the Post Office Hospital II, and is now in stable condition.
After inspecting the locations, Deputy Minister Tran Van Thuan highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and careful preparation of the medical forces, contributing to ensuring the safety of the A80 event. At the same time, he noted that the assigned units, including military and civilian medical staff, must be highly focused and ready in terms of human resources and materials, and must immediately check equipment, medical supplies, medicines, etc. at medical tents and emergency teams to promptly respond to any medical situations that may arise.

Deputy Minister Tran Van Thuan also requested units under the Ministry of Health to continue to closely coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Health, the Department of Health (Ministry of Public Security), the Department of Military Medicine (Ministry of National Defense) in performing tasks related to medical work serving the A80 event. Especially sharing information in a timely and most convenient manner to handle situations quickly and effectively.
In addition, units under the Ministry of Health and medical units in Hanoi have strengthened communication work to help people easily grasp and access medical information; fully and accurately update medical service points on the A80 application, helping people to conveniently look up and access medical support as quickly as possible when they need it.
At the same time, the 115 Emergency Center and related units need to send staff to participate fully in the on-duty to ensure quick and effective handling of all medical situations when needed; coordinate smoothly, effectively handle all situations, and prioritize the safety and health of delegates and people.
