People stay up all night waiting to watch the A80 Parade Rehearsal

The night of August 29, 2025, a sleepless night of excitement with many people gathering on the central streets of the capital to watch the A80 parade rehearsal taking place at 6:30 a.m. this morning, August 30.

Many veterans and people with revolutionary contributions gathered early at the end of Hung Vuong Street from the evening of August 29 and sang revolutionary songs to wait for the opening of the A80 event rehearsal (photo taken at 3:50 a.m., August 30).

The "patriotic bloc" gathered together to stay up all night on the streets waiting to watch the parade rehearsal on the morning of August 30.

Location: Ba Dinh Square and central streets along the parade route.

Time: 6:30 a.m., August 30, 2025.

Scale: The rehearsal is on a scale equivalent to an official ceremony, consisting of two parts: Performing the ceremonies and rituals of the Party and State and parading, with the participation of armed forces (army, police), marching masses, standing groups and military equipment, special vehicles... In addition, participating in the rehearsal will be the armies of countries such as Russia, China, Laos, Cambodia.

At the same time, in the area in front of My Dinh Stadium, 15 105mm ceremonial cannons will also be fired. The Vietnam Air Force will have a practice flight for the general rehearsal with 30 aircraft including Mi helicopters, Su30-Mk2 fighters, Yak-130 multi-role fighters, L-29NG trainer aircraft, and Casa transport aircraft. The live commentary from Khanh Hoa bridge (shown on screen) will be the parade of armed forces at sea.
