Towards the 1st Congress of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Ha (retired cadre of Nha Trang ward): Continue to have solutions to comprehensively develop the social insurance sector

Through studying the draft Political Report submitted to the 1st Congress of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, I completely agree with the viewpoints, goals, tasks, and solutions for building and developing Khanh Hoa province in the new period. As someone who used to work in the social insurance sector, I am very excited to know that by 2030, the province strives to have 98% of people participating in health insurance, and more than 53% of working-age people participating in social insurance. This demonstrates the high determination of the Provincial Party Committee and government in consolidating a sustainable social security system for the people.

At this congress, I hope that the Provincial Party Committee will continue to pay attention and propose solutions to comprehensively develop the social insurance sector, especially to propose solutions to expand the coverage of voluntary social insurance, ensuring the rights of workers in the informal sector and rural people. The province also needs to continue to develop the social assistance policy system, especially for the elderly, the poor, the disadvantaged, and those who are unable to participate in insurance so that no one is left behind. I believe that in the new term, the Provincial Party Committee and Government will continue to resolutely, strongly, and effectively implement the tasks and solutions to build and develop Khanh Hoa in the new period, develop comprehensively and sustainably in the socio-economic fields, ensure national defense and security, and take good care of the material and spiritual life of the people. With solidarity, unity and high political determination, the Party Committee and provincial government will successfully achieve the targets in the new term, including targets on social insurance and health insurance.
