At the Paris Air Show 2025, Vietjet signed a historic order for 100 A321neo aircraft with 50 purchase options - the largest deal in the industry, putting Vietjet in the Top 10 airlines with the largest ordered fleet globally.
Vietjet and Rolls-Royce have also signed an order for 40 more Trent 7000 engines to operate 20 Airbus A330neo wide-body aircraft, bringing the total number of Trent 7000 engines that Vietjet has ordered to 80.
Groundbreaking of strategic project in Long Thanh
Vietjet officially started construction of the Aircraft Maintenance Technical Center in Long Thanh, including hangars 3 and 4, capable of maintaining 10 aircraft at the same time according to international standards. This is a key project in a series of 80 projects celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day.
At the same time, Vietjet deployed ground self-service at major airports, improving service quality, optimizing operations and bringing superior experiences to passengers.
