ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXTENSION OF VPOINT CONVERSION TIME FOR CUSTOMERS BUYING VINFAST ELECTRIC MOTORBIKES FROM 01/01/2025 TO 05/21/2025

VinFast respectfully informs customers about the extension of the time to convert VPoint points on the VinClub application under the 3rd campaign "Fierce Vietnamese Spirit - For a Green Future".

The implementation time will be changed as follows:

• Extend the time for customers to create a refund request until October 31, 2025, instead of the old deadline of August 31, 2025
• VinFast will refund points via the VinClub app and complete the expected Vpoint return before November 30, 2025.

Conditions for receiving VPoint points

To receive VPoint points, customers need to fully satisfy the following 3 conditions:

• Customers buy VinFast electric motorbikes from January 1, 2025 to May 21, 2025.
• Customers who buy a car with a battery or buy a car with a battery lease have completed the battery purchase conversion procedure before July 31, 2025
• The customer is the first owner (according to customer information recorded on VinFast's system).

(*) Point value: 1,000 VND difference is equivalent to 1 VPoint on VinClub application.

Instructions for receiving Vpoint points via VinClub app

Step 1: Verify account with CCCD

Step 2: Access the "Vpoint Compensation" section, select Search to see the list of vehicles receiving compensation.

Step 3: Check and Confirm the completed Vpoint number

The refunded Vpoint voucher will be added to the Vinclub App immediately after the customer completes the confirmation and receives a notification from the application. In case the customer has an incorrect refund of Vpoint points, please select "Reject" and provide a reason for support.
