The Provincial People's Committee worked with departments, branches, and People's Committees of communes and wards on allocating funds and giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

(sonla.gov.vn) On August 31, 2025, Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with departments, branches and People's Committees of communes and wards on the allocation of funds and giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The meeting was held directly and online to the People's Committees of communes and wards.

At the meeting, the Department of Finance reported on the budget allocation and guided communes and wards to implement Decision No. 2203/QD-UBND dated August 30, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on targeted supplementation from the provincial budget to the commune and ward budgets to give gifts on the occasion of the anniversary; at the same time, thoroughly implemented the Official Dispatch No. 13578/BTC-NSNN dated August 29, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance on instructions for giving gifts to people.

Currently, communes and wards are urgently implementing payments, ensuring timely, correct beneficiaries, and compliance with regulations. However, some localities have reported difficulties in payment procedures, documents, and list review, which need support from relevant agencies to resolve.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: Giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 is a policy of profound political and social significance, demonstrating the concern of the Party, State and local authorities for the people. He requested departments, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards to concentrate, coordinate closely, ensure that funds and gifts are delivered to people correctly, sufficiently, promptly, and without errors.

He requested that localities strictly implement the directives of the Central Government and the province, establish working groups to go directly to villages, hamlets, and residential groups to make payments, and strive to complete the target before 11:00 a.m. on September 1, 2025. During the implementation process, communes and wards need to be flexible in payment methods suitable to actual conditions, and promptly provide guidance and resolve difficulties and problems that arise.

He also noted that units must complete all documents and payment procedures in accordance with regulations, and at the same time report results and issues beyond their authority to the Provincial People's Committee for timely direction and resolution.
