Expressing his joy at the victories and achievements of Vietnam after nearly 40 years of implementing the renovation cause, Lao Vice President Bounthong Chitmany emphasized the capacity, intelligence, correctness and creativity in leading the cause of building socialism of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; affirming that the Vietnamese nation is a heroic nation, the Vietnamese people are heroic in the struggle for national liberation, protecting and building the country along the socialist path.
On behalf of the Lao Party, State and people, Mr. Bounthong Chitmany expressed his great pride and sent his most sincere congratulations on the great, comprehensive and historic victories and achievements that the Party, State and people of Vietnam have achieved over the past 80 years.
“We always consider these victories and achievements as a great source of encouragement for the Party, State and people of all Lao ethnic groups in the cause of protecting and building the Lao People's Democratic Republic,” the Lao Vice President emphasized.
On this important occasion, the Lao Vice President also expressed his deep gratitude and sincere appreciation to the Party, State and people of Vietnam for always providing great, valuable, timely and effective support and assistance to the past struggle for national liberation as well as the current cause of protecting and developing the country of the Lao people.
