From 6:00 p.m. on September 1 and 2: Set up checkpoints, traffic diversion, and traffic control instructions to serve activities during the National Day holiday.

On the evening of September 2, at April 2 Square (Nha Trang Ward) and April 16 Square (Dong Hai Ward), there will be an art performance and low-altitude fireworks display to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day. To ensure security and order during the program's activities, the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police will organize and assign forces to deploy checkpoints, direct traffic flow, and guide traffic regulation from 6:00 p.m. on September 1 (the rehearsal ceremony) and from 6:00 p.m. on September 2 (the official ceremony) until the end of the program. Therefore, the Traffic Police Department recommends that people participating in traffic proactively choose the appropriate time and route, and comply with the instructions and traffic regulation of the functional forces.

* In Nha Trang ward, there are 18 checkpoints to ensure security and order.

Specifically, checkpoint 1 at the intersection of Nguyen Chanh - Tran Phu streets: Traffic regulation at the checkpoint location, barrier on Tran Phu street; banning all vehicles from circulating on Tran Phu street from Nguyen Chanh street to April 2 Square area; directing all vehicles from circulating on Tran Phu street from Ly Tu Trong street to Le Thanh Ton street to turn right onto Nguyen Chanh street.

Checkpoint 4 at the intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Hung Vuong streets: Traffic control at the checkpoint, barrier on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street; prohibit all two-way traffic on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street from Hung Vuong street to Tran Phu street, except for vehicles entering private houses on Ton Dan street.

Checkpoint 5 at the intersection of Biet Thu - Tran Phu streets: Traffic control at the checkpoint, barrier on Tran Phu street; prohibit all vehicles from circulating on Tran Phu street from Biet Thu street to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, direct vehicles to turn left onto Biet Thu street.

Checkpoint 6, intersection of Tran Phu - Le Thanh Ton streets: Traffic regulation at the checkpoint, barrier on Tran Phu street; banning all two-way traffic on Tran Phu street from Le Thanh Ton street to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street.

Checkpoint 7, intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Ton Dan streets: Traffic control at the checkpoint, barrier on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street; prohibit all vehicles from traveling from Ton Dan street to April 2 Square area.

Checkpoint 8 at the intersection of Tran Phu and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai streets: Traffic control at the checkpoint, barrier on Tran Phu street; ban all two-way traffic on Tran Phu street from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street to Le Thanh Ton street.

Checkpoint 9 at the intersection of Le Thanh Ton and Nguyen Thien Thuat streets: Traffic flow guidance for vehicles traveling on Le Thanh Ton street towards Tran Phu to turn right onto Nguyen Thien Thuat street; traffic flow guidance for vehicles traveling on Le Thanh Ton street from Hung Vuong to turn left onto Nguyen Thien Thuat street or go straight to the 7-way intersection.

Checkpoint 10 at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao and Nguyen Chanh streets: Traffic control guides vehicles traveling on Nguyen Chanh Street from Tran Hung Dao Street to Tran Phu Street to go in another direction; traffic control guides vehicles traveling on Tran Hung Dao Street from Nguyen Chanh Street to Le Thanh Ton Street to go in another direction.

Checkpoint 11 at the intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Nguyen Thien Thuat streets: Traffic flow is directed to vehicles traveling on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street from To Hien Thanh street to Tran Phu street, turning right to Nguyen Thien Thuat street; traffic flow is directed to vehicles traveling on Nguyen Thien Thuat street, going straight to the old Nha Trang Airport (86 Tran Phu) or turning right to Van Don street.

Checkpoint 12 at the intersection of Tran Phu - Hoang Dieu streets: Traffic flow is divided to direct passenger cars with 16 seats or more traveling on Tran Phu street from Cau Da Port to April 2 Square to turn left onto Hoang Dieu street and passenger cars with 16 seats or more traveling on Hoang Dieu street toward Tran Phu are forced to turn right towards Cau Da Port when traffic on Hung Vuong street is congested for a long time.

Checkpoint 13, intersection of Tran Phu - Xom Con street: Directing passenger cars with 16 seats or more traveling on Tran Phu street from Tran Phu bridge to April 2 Square, turning right onto Xom Con street, ensuring traffic order and safety.

Checkpoint 14, intersection of Tran Phu - Ly Tu Trong streets: Instruct vehicles with 7 seats or more traveling on Tran Phu street towards April 2 Square to turn right onto Ly Tu Trong street.

Checkpoint 15, intersection of Tran Hung Dao - Ly Tu Trong streets: Air conditioners guide vehicles traveling on Ly Tu Trong street from Tran Hung Dao street to Tran Phu street to turn in another direction; air conditioners guide vehicles traveling on Tran Hung Dao street from Ly Tu Trong street to Le Thanh Ton street to turn in another direction.

Checkpoint 16, intersection of Hoang Hoa Tham and Le Thanh Ton streets: Regulate and guide traffic to avoid traffic jams.

Checkpoint 17 at the intersection of Hoang Hoa Tham and Nguyen Chanh streets: Traffic control and guidance for vehicles traveling on Hoang Hoa Tham Street from Nguyen Chanh Street to Le Thanh Ton Street to go in another direction; control and guidance to avoid traffic jams.

Checkpoint 18, intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - To Hien Thanh streets: Air conditioning guides vehicles with more than 9 seats traveling on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street from To Hien Thanh street to Tran Phu street to turn left onto To Hien Thanh street or turn right onto Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street to Van Don street.

* In Dong Hai ward, there are 2 checkpoints to ensure security and order.

Checkpoint C1: The intersection of 16/4 Street and Tran Quang Dieu Street (island west of 16/4 Square). All vehicles traveling on 16/4 Street enter the Square area (in front of the monument); guide vehicles carrying delegates to the assembly area according to regulations.

Checkpoint C2: The intersection of April 16th Street and Nguyen Tri Phuong Street (the small island east of the Square) blocks the entire area in front of the small island east of the Square; prohibits all vehicles from traveling on Nguyen Tri Phuong Street and April 16th Street from entering the Square area (in front of the monument); guides and regulates traffic to move reasonably in all directions to avoid traffic congestion; guides vehicles carrying delegates to the assembly area according to regulations.
