Khanh Hoa approves investment policy for Cam Ranh International Marina

On the evening of August 31, within the framework of the art program "My beloved Fatherland" at CaraWorld Cam Ranh, representatives of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee presented the decision approving the investment policy, and at the same time accepted the investor of the KN Cam Ranh Passenger Port Project (Cam Ranh International Cruise Port) as KN Cam Ranh Company Limited.

The project aims to invest in the construction of Cam Ranh International Marina to receive domestic and international passenger ships up to 225,000GT (the highest standard in the current maritime industry) to ensure synchronous development, complete connection of the transport infrastructure system, and develop diverse types of domestic and international transport connections. At the same time, meet the transportation needs to serve the pick-up and drop-off of tourists , synchronously complete the service infrastructure of tourist areas in Khanh Hoa province, especially ensuring conditions for the development of the Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area.

Perspective of Cam Ranh International Marina Project.

The project covers an area of ​​148 hectares, including both land and water surface, with the main wharf being 420m long, directly connected to the ^22,000m2 passenger terminal with modern architecture and large capacity, serving tens of thousands of passengers each year. In particular, the entire system of ship channels and maritime signals is invested synchronously according to international standards, ensuring safe and effective operation in all weather conditions.

With a beautiful location and convenient traffic connections (near Cam Ranh International Airport, with a traffic system connecting to National Highway 1 and the North-South Expressway), Cam Ranh International Marina is expected to create a solid foundation for this area to break through to become a new tourism and logistics connection center. It is estimated that when put into operation, Cam Ranh International Marina can welcome from 300,000 to 500,000 cruise ship passengers each year, bringing in hundreds of millions of USD in revenue for the tourism industry; at the same time, activating a chain of retail, transportation, and accommodation services and creating more than 7,000 local jobs.
