More than 3,600 people in Thuong Trach commune received gifts to celebrate Independence Day

QTO - With a gift of 100,000 VND/person, more than 363 million VND is the total amount that people in Thuong Trach commune received on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Thuong Trach Commune has 3,631 people, most of whom are Bru-Van Kieu and Chut ethnic minorities. From the morning of August 31, people from the villages gathered at the community cultural house to receive gifts. The atmosphere was bustling, everyone was happy because from the elderly to the children, everyone had a part, creating a joyful and warm festival in the border area.

To make the gift-giving to each household quick and convenient, the commune government mobilized party members to stay in the village and local forces to organize the distribution right in the villages. Up to now, the gift-giving has been basically completed, ensuring publicity, transparency, and the right recipients.
