By 2025, Lai Vu Industrial Park One Member Co., Ltd. will have to divest part of its state capital.

Accordingly, in the period of 2024 - 2025, Hai Duong has 5 enterprises with State capital divesting all remaining State capital, including the following Joint Stock Companies: Chi Linh Urban and Environmental Transport, Hai Duong Cable Television, Hai Duong Bus Station Management, Hai Duong Seeds and Phuc Son Cement Company.

Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company is one of three enterprises that will maintain its state capital until 2025.

By 2025, in the province, there is one enterprise in which the State holds 100% of the charter capital that must be equitized, reducing its charter capital by 50% or less, which is Lai Vu Industrial Park One Member Co., Ltd.

There are 3 enterprises that will retain their State capital, including the following Joint Stock Companies: Hai Duong Clean Water and Rural Sanitation (84.3% State capital), Hai Duong Clean Water Business (65% State capital), Hai Duong Motor Vehicle Inspection (49% State capital). Hai Duong Livestock Breeding One Member Co., Ltd. will be restructured according to its own plan.

Currently, there are 7 state-owned enterprises in the province, of which 5 state-owned enterprises hold 100% of charter capital and 2 state-owned enterprises hold over 50% of charter capital.
