During the march, officers and soldiers raised their sense of responsibility, strictly followed the commander's orders, kept a close watch, and successfully handled situations... This was an activity that the PTKV 2-Phu Loi Command deployed right from the first days of its establishment, organizing training marches, with strict inspection, evaluation, and experience drawing to improve the effectiveness of the following marches.

PTKV 2-Phu Loi Command is located in Binh Duong province (old), where industry, trade, and services are strongly developed, with 29 industrial parks and industrial clusters. Lieutenant Colonel Do Minh Tri, Commander of PTKV 2-Phu Loi Command, said: Immediately after its establishment, the unit proactively advised the Party Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City Command to arrange and stabilize working and living places, and build a regular agency so that all activities are smooth and rhythmic from the very first day. The unit also implemented the development of working regulations, assigned tasks in the command and agencies, built a system of combat readiness documents, and a plan for strict guarding...; focused on maintaining troops strictly implementing the regimes and rules; organized training marches to help officers and soldiers improve their physical strength, endurance, and mobility to meet the requirements and assigned tasks.

The staff of the Defense Command of Region 2 - Phu Loi made efforts and urgently carried out their tasks in the early days of its establishment.

With 18 years of working at the Ben Cat City Military Command, Binh Duong Province Military Command (former), now Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Thi Tam is in charge of the position of archival clerk at the PTKV 2-Phu Loi Command. Although she has to work further away and faces many difficulties in arranging family matters, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam always upholds her responsibility, proactively overcomes difficulties, and quickly adapts to the work at the new unit. Ms. Tam shared: "I build high determination, promote experience and maintain scientific working methods and styles, helping the unit to effectively carry out issues related to documents, helping the unit's leaders and commanders to operate all activities effectively".

After only two weeks, the unit's operations have stabilized. The PTKV 2-Phu Loi Command Board determined to continue building a spirit of solidarity, high consensus and the will to overcome difficulties for the troops. Each agency and department implemented work effectively, saving time, and being exemplary. The unit proactively advised the Party Committee, the Ho Chi Minh City Command and local Party committees and authorities on local military and defense work; coordinated and cooperated among the forces in the PTKV (police, military, militia and self-defense forces), synchronously deployed solutions, successfully completed all assigned tasks, built a national defense foundation, a national defense posture associated with a solid people's security posture.
