Binh Minh Commune determined to remove difficulties for Chua Cat hamlet

The dialogue took place in a democratic and open atmosphere to listen to people's thoughts and aspirations, promptly resolve immediate difficulties, and aim for long-term stability for the people in the common.

The conference was participated by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Binh Minh Commune and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Quang Bi Commune, along with a large number of people from Chua Cat hamlet.

The dialogue affirmed the deep concern of the leaders of the two communes for the people during the period when the two-level local government officially operated.

At the dialogue, the people of Chua Cat hamlet presented 12 opinions about the difficulties in traveling to cultivate in Lam Dien hamlet, Quang Bi commune (across the river); the people also expressed concerns about the implementation of administrative procedures when moving to Binh Minh commune; At the same time, they proposed to build a cultural house, an entertainment area, provide clean water, renovate the main road and branch roads, and upgrade the bridge connecting Chua Cat hamlet and Lam Dien hamlet to ensure convenient traffic.

Regardingeducation , the people of Chua Cat hamlet hope for a solution to facilitate students to continue studying in Lam Dien village (now Quang Bi commune); land policy; social security, especially for policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, and social protection beneficiaries.

In response to the people's petition, Chairman of Binh Minh Commune People's Committee Nguyen Dang Viet responded directly, demonstrating the determination of the commune government. Regarding social security policies, Binh Minh commune will receive the list of policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, and social protection beneficiaries from Quang Bi commune, continue to review, and ensure the payment of support is correct, sufficient, and timely to the people.

Concluding the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Minh Commune, Nguyen Khanh Binh, emphasized the spirit of openness and the special attention of the commune leaders to the people, especially in the period when the commune has just started operating with a large amount of work. Binh Minh Commune accepts all opinions of the people of Chua Cat Hamlet and will direct the resolution of issues under the authority of the commune as soon as possible.
