The exchange is within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Vietnam - Singapore Innovation Talent Exchange Program signed by the two sides in August 2023, aiming to create a mobility channel for talented human resources of the two countries to find short-term jobs within 2 years.
The innovation talent exchange program is expected to complete the platform for businesses and candidates to start registering from July 2025. The goal is to attract over 300 candidates in the first year, and at least 1,000 people in both directions in the following years, with no limit on the number. Job positions related to innovation include data science and analysis, cybersecurity and risk management, cloud computing, internet of things, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, application/system programming, digital innovation, semiconductors, etc.
