Longan trees have been present in Hiep Thanh commune for more than a century, closely associated with many generations of people in the coastal Giong land. This type of soil has a sandy texture and is well-drained, so this place is called Giong land, suitable for longan trees to grow.

Longan trees are planted for more than 10 kilometers along the Giong Nhan - Hiep Thanh route. Therefore, when the ripening season comes, the scenery of the longan gardens becomes more poetic, attracting locals and tourists from near and far to enjoy. Many longan trees have now become "old longan" but still have a deep affection for the land and people, continuing to give sweet fruits.

Not only do visitors get to immerse themselves in the cool green space of the longan garden, they also enjoy picking fruit from the tree and enjoying the thick, sweet longan fruit. In addition to fresh longan, garden owners also process dried longan and longan wine for visitors to buy as gifts.
