Khanh Hoa Youth: Actively supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures

Since early July, the youth unions of communes and wards in Khanh Hoa province have been carrying out voluntary activities to support people in completing administrative procedures at public administrative service centers. The activities have brought practical results and have been highly appreciated by the people.

Enthusiastic and effective support

At the Dong Hai Ward Public Administration Service Center, since early morning, many people have come to do administrative procedures. Here, people are enthusiastically supported and guided by union members, youths and police officers of Dong Hai Ward. Ms. Cao Thi Bich Lieu (Ward 7, Dong Hai Ward) said: “I came to the ward Public Administration Service Center to re-issue my birth certificate. When I arrived here, I was enthusiastically guided by union members. Thanks to them, I was able to fill out my paperwork quickly and conveniently, so I am very happy.”

Coming to the Nha Trang Ward Public Administration Service Center to do procedures related to land, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mui (Nha Trang Ward) was welcomed by the Youth Union members and guided through specific steps. Ms. Mui said: "The Youth Union members guided me to get a queue number to wait for the administrative procedure. Some of them also helped fill out the forms for the elderly". Along with supporting people to do administrative procedures at the ward's Public Administration Service Center, since the beginning of July, the Nha Trang Ward Youth Union has also deployed a volunteer team at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center. Ms. Le Nguyen Thai Minh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, concurrently Secretary of the Nha Trang Ward Youth Union, said that the ward's Youth Union organized 2 groups, each group consisting of 8 Youth Union members to guide people through administrative procedures and support getting queue numbers at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and the Nha Trang Ward Public Administration Service Center. Continue to maintain volunteer teams

In communes and wards in the province, the Youth Union has promoted the spirit of shock and volunteerism of the youth in supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures. Mr. Phan Van Truong - Deputy Secretary of the Phan Rang Ward Youth Union said that from July 1, the Ward Youth Union assigned more than 10 Youth Union members to support people in carrying out administrative procedures from Monday to Friday every week, expected to last until the end of August. Through the activity, it aims to reduce pressure on staff at the Ward Public Administration Service Center, while demonstrating the spirit of shock and volunteerism and spreading the beautiful image of Phan Rang Ward's youth being dynamic and responsible to the community. “I came to the Phan Rang Ward Public Administration Service Center to get a land use right certificate for the first time. I was guided enthusiastically and warmly by the Youth Union members and staff of the center; the procedure was quick, and the number of people coming to perform administrative procedures was not as large as before. I am satisfied with the attitude and working style here” - Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep, a resident of Phan Rang Ward shared.
