On May 15, the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society organized a visit and gave gifts to poor students and students in difficult circumstances in Ha Giang province.

Representatives of the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society presented gifts to disadvantaged students of Giang Chu Phin Primary School.

The delegation presented 30 million VND to poor students in Ha Giang province; presented many meaningful gifts to disadvantaged students of Giang Chu Phin Primary School, Giang Chu Phin Commune, Meo Vac District, Ha Giang Province including: clothes, sports shoes, blankets, mats, instant noodles, fresh milk, candy and many other essential items and foods with a total value of more than 150 million VND. The entire funding was mobilized by the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society from benefactors and drawn from the humanitarian fund of the provincial Red Cross Society.

Students in difficult circumstances of Giang Chu Phin Primary School received necessities from the mobilization and support of the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Vu Thu District Red Cross Society.

This is an activity in response to the 2023 humanitarian month and the program "Nutrition for poor and disabled children" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society . Thereby contributing to encouraging and creating more motivation for poor students and those in difficult circumstances in schools in mountainous, remote and isolated areas to strive to excel in their studies and life.
