At the conference, voters of Hung Loi commune listened to the Provincial People's Council delegates report on the results of the first session of the Provincial People's Council (after the merger) and the basic contents of the resolutions passed at the session.
In the spirit of democracy, frankness, responsibility and construction, voters of Hung Loi commune made recommendations: The State should soon pay attention to arranging resettlement land to implement the Ho Chi Minh road construction project from Cho Chu to Trung Son intersection through the commune; soon invest in office buildings and public houses for the new commune after the merger; upgrade the transformer station in Cooc village, install a low-voltage station in Nhung village to meet the electricity needs for daily life and production of the people; build a hard bridge across Pho Day river in Vang On village; invest in a concrete road from Vang On village to Muong pass (in Phan village, Hung Loi commune)...

Commune voters also suggested that the province consider specific mechanisms and policies to support investment in basic and synchronous equipment for the public administrative centers of 124 communes to ensure synchronous and effective operation; policies to support accommodation and travel for commune-level officials and civil servants who have to work far away after the district level is abolished and the commune level is merged.

The recommendations and suggestions within the authority were received and answered by the leaders of the People's Committee of the commune and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Pham Ninh Thai, at the conference. Speaking to the voters of Hung Loi commune, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Thi Minh Xuan expressed the voters' enthusiastic and responsible opinions. She also shared the initial difficulties of the staff, civil servants and public employees of Hung Loi commune after the reorganization of the commune-level administrative units and the difficulties in traveling for voters due to the lack of concrete roads. She also clarified a number of issues of concern to voters regarding policies and mechanisms related to planning, conversion of land use purposes, investment in transport infrastructure, and policies for people with meritorious services. She promised to always listen to the people's thoughts and aspirations; at the same time, promote her sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and intelligence to contribute to improving the quality of the activities of the Provincial People's Council, meeting the legitimate requirements and aspirations of voters. He requested that the Party Committee, government and relevant departments and branches continue to coordinate with the province's functional branches to promptly review and clarify outstanding issues, ensuring the legitimate rights and aspirations of voters.
