According to the plan, together with the whole country, on the morning of June 30, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the new Bac Ninh province will hold a ceremony to announce the resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units, ending the operation of district-level administrative units, establishing party organizations, appointing Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the new Bac Ninh province and 99 communes and wards.

To ensure the ceremony is solemn and meaningful, at the rehearsal, the leaders and delegates of the two provinces carried out the content according to the program and script of the official ceremony. The focus is on the content of announcing and presenting resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments. Plan to take a souvenir photo of the Central Working Group with the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Participating in the discussion, delegates said that there should be a high level of consensus in introducing all the titles of delegates, especially the delegates who were former leaders of the two provinces. The display of images of the Party secretaries of communes and wards on the stage screen should be closely linked to the time of reading the decisions.
The representative of the Central working group attending the rehearsal suggested that the organization of the ceremony should ensure solemnity and brevity. Due to the large number of delegates receiving decisions on stage, it is necessary to clearly arrange the standing positions on stage and unify the way of giving and receiving decisions to ensure the time of the ceremony.

Concluding the rehearsal, comrade Nguyen Van Gau acknowledged the activeness and responsibility in preparing the conditions for organizing the ceremony of the relevant components. He requested the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Giang province to synthesize and absorb the opinions of the delegates at the rehearsal to complete the plans. In particular, the departments proactively supplement the decoration in the hall; arrange plans to respond to weather developments. Timely review and update to supplement the introduction of the titles of delegates attending the ceremony. Focus on balancing the implementation of the contents of the decision-giving and speeches to ensure the time of the Announcement Ceremony.
Agree to organize a delegation to offer incense at the Monument of the Provincial Heroes and Martyrs at 4:30 p.m. on June 29. The delegation will include comrades in the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The Provincial Military Command will prepare the ceremony, and the Standing Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee will be responsible for other matters.

The Provincial Party Committee Office and the People's Committees of the two provinces closely coordinated in organizing the reception of the delegates.
