Metro connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway, expanded National Highway 13, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 and 4, high-quality industrial parks closer to seaports... will soon become reality, opening up "new avenues" to continue to help Binh Duong take off."
