The City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to inspect and examine projects located in areas requiring security assurance where foreign organizations and individuals own houses. The City Command is assigned to advise the City People's Committee on resolving issues related to national defense during the implementation of investment, construction and operation of projects so as not to affect military and national defense tasks in the area.
