On average, my facility receives 10-15 pets for services every day". Ms. Pham Thi Thuy (Nam Dinh city) shared: "When the weather is cool, I only take my dog to get a haircut every 1-2 weeks, and I mainly do bathing and shampooing at home. But when the weather is hot, every few days I take my dog to the shop for the staff to bathe, shampoo, and trim its hair. The price at the shop ranges from 200,000 to 400,000 VND/time, depending on the size; bathing and shampooing alone costs from 50,000 to 200,000 VND/time". In addition, many customers are interested in medical examination and treatment services for pets. Most clinics have full equipment and examination and treatment services for pets such as testing, ultrasound, surgery, etc. There are dogs that have broken bones due to being hit by motorbikes or cars; there are cases of delivery and cesarean section for dogs and cats... that are brought to the clinic for care and treatment by veterinarians at the facility. Even when the animals are born, their owners take them to get vaccinated against diseases.
