On the evening of June 28, at the May 19 Fisheries Logistics Service Port, Tinh Hoa Commune ( Quang Ngai City), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Vietnam Television Center for the Central Highlands (VTV8) and the Border Guard Command jointly organized the art and political program "The color of forest leaves on the blue sea".
Attending the program, on the side of Quang Ngai province, there were Central Party Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cao Phuc; Secretary of Quang Ngai City Party Committee Ngo Van Trong and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien.
On behalf of the Border Guard Command, there were Major General Van Ngoc Que - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs; Colonel Tran Tuan Anh - Deputy Chief of Staff. Also attending were leaders of Military Region 5 Command; Naval Region 3 Command; Coast Guard Command 2; leaders of Border Guard Commands of coastal provinces and cities; Journalist Nguyen Lam Thanh - Director of VTV8.

The art program was elaborately constructed with 3 chapters, each chapter is a range of emotions and meaningful messages including: Chapter I: "Keeping the territorial waters, keeping the sea and sky peaceful" brings the audience to inspiring stories about the resilient fighting spirit, about the noble missions that the border guards are shouldering at the forefront of the wind and waves, where will and courage are tested. Chapter II: "Green for the future" arouses the strong belief after the journey of sowing green seeds of hope and accompanying fishermen of the border guards - those who are and will continue the tradition of their ancestors, joining hands to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands, drawing a bright future for the country. Chapter III: "Beloved Fatherland", expressing deep emotions, heroic melodies and touching images, encapsulating the sacred love for the motherland, for the beloved Vietnam.

The art program is an emotional symphony, where sharp film footage combines with expressive art performances, painting a vivid picture of the image of border soldiers - the children of Vietnam who are day and night sticking to the sea, protecting the islands, protecting sacred sovereignty. The program is also a deep gratitude to generations of soldiers who have devoted their youth, even their whole lives, to protecting sovereignty, territorial integrity, adding to the glorious tradition of the Vietnamese nation.

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented gifts to 20 cases of poor and studious students, typical fishermen who steadfastly went out to sea and stuck to the sea, and the wives and mothers of fishermen who have forever remained at sea during the process of offshore fishing.
At the program, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company donated funds to build 10 houses, with a total value of 600 million VND, for cases with housing difficulties.
