Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Le Hoai Trung stated that by thoroughly grasping and promoting the valuable lessons left by previous generations of revolutionary leaders, including comrade Nguyen Van Linh, we will have more important foundations to firmly step into the new era of the nation, the era of wealth and prosperity.
The exhibition is divided into five main parts. Part one: “Homeland, family, childhood (1915-1930),” introduces the childhood as well as the homeland, family and revolutionary enlightenment journey of comrade Nguyen Van Cuc (aka Nguyen Van Linh).
Recreating the image of a comrade coming from a family with a tradition of patriotism, eager to learn from a young age, early having love for people, villages, homeland, understanding the suffering of the country in misery, slavery under colonial rule, early realizing the fate of the country and seeking revolution.
In 1929, at the age of 14, he joined the Student Union led by the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association. With youthful enthusiasm and guided by Nguyen Ai Quoc's ideology, he was active and enthusiastic in his activities, not afraid of sacrifice or hardship.
On May 1, 1930, he participated in distributing anti-imperialist leaflets. He was arrested by the enemy at the age of 15, sentenced to life in prison and exiled to Con Dao.
